Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to aid in the management of projects for our clients. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate project leads, communicate with stakeholders and follow up on tasks as required.
  2. Draft business development documentation including project proposals, pre-sales material and marketing content.
  3. Conduct regular status meetings with clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  4. Serve as liaison between clients and project teams ensuring seamless communication.
  5. Manage client interaction, adhering to project goals and strategic vision.
  6. Work flexible hours to accommodate client time zones and team members.
  7. E nsure adherence to project standards, methodology and best practices.
  8. Oversee project teams and implementation activities throughout all phases.
  9. Resolve project issues and mitigate risks efficiently.
  10. Manage project scope, resources and change control processes effectively.
  11. Develop comprehensive project plans outlining key activities, timelines and resource requirements.
  12. Support clients in defining project requirements, planning and analysis.
  13. Assist with system documentation and user training initiatives.
  14. Maintain relationships with business and IT stakeholders, managing expectations accordingly.
  15. Analyze outside vendor products for suitability.
  16. Develop initial business cases and project implementation strategies.
  17. Provide periodic status reports to senior management.
