Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Executive to drive sales growth and contribute to our organization's success.
This role involves building strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Key responsibilities include enlisting & engaging customers for sales events, coordinating event organization with vendors, sending invitation letters, scheduling appointments, performing administrative tasks, and providing general support to the sales team.
- The role also involves assisting in resolving client pain points with Account Managers, preparing sales presentations and proposals, participating in sales meetings, bid meetings, and follow-up activities, reviewing RFP/tender documents to understand client requirements and expectations, creating business proposals, conducting thorough reviews of proposals to identify and address potential issues, developing and maintaining an RFP response process, and managing and updating lead databases effectively.
Key Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the IT services and solutions landscape, be able to clearly articulate service benefits to clients and negotiate effectively, have comfort with IT concepts and the ability to quickly learn about new products or services, and be capable of handling multiple clients and projects without missing a beat.
Requirements:
Candidates will require a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field, proven experience in sales, especially within the IT or technology sector, minimum 1-2 years of proven experience, proficiency in CRM software, interpersonal and networking skills, strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
