Job Description

As a key player in our support and implementation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment, maintenance, and optimization of our software suite.

  • Install and configure software on client servers for optimal performance.
  • Manage regular software updates and troubleshoot installation issues.

We are looking for a technically skilled and client-focused individual to join our team. If you have experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS services, and knowledge of on-premise to cloud migration practices, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience installing and configuring software on Windows-based server environments.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS services, and knowledge of on-premise to cloud migration practices.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management tools such as Keycloak or other identity management tools.
  • Strong understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and authentication protocols.
  • Working knowledge of databases (SQL Server preferred), including connectivity and performance troubleshooting.
