Job Summary

Gateso is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Sales Development department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives, developing strategic relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging market research and industry trends to inform decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to communicate value and secure new business opportunities.
  • Pursue and close new business deals, negotiating contracts and agreements that meet the needs of both Gateso and the client.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts and relationships within the industry, staying up-to-date on market developments and trends.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing processes and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of performance.
Requirements and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with ability to apply theoretical concepts to real-world challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Able to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with ability to think critically and creatively in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales and marketing tools, with ability to leverage technology to drive performance and efficiency.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with eagerness to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
