Job Title: Senior Operations Coordinator

As a seasoned operations professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our institution, ensuring seamless and efficient management of facilities, transportation, events, procurement, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. General Administration: Spearhead general administration to guarantee optimal performance and continuous improvement, ensuring that our institution runs smoothly and effectively.
  2. Facility Management: Oversee facility management, encompassing maintenance, security, housekeeping, and infrastructure upgrades to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
  3. Transport and Fleet Management: Supervise transport and fleet management to optimize utilization, ensure compliance, and perform regular maintenance for maximum efficiency.
  4. Event Planning: Plan and execute institutional events, conferences, workshops, prioritizing operational excellence and logistical coordination to meet our goals.
  5. Procurement: Manage procurement activities to achieve cost-effectiveness, vendor compliance, and timely acquisition, supporting our business objectives.
  6. Government Liaison: Liaise with government authorities, such as LDA, PHA, EPD, and local municipal bodies, to secure approvals, ensure compliance, and address regulatory matters.
  7. Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations across campus operations, upholding our commitment to well-being and sustainability.
  8. Operational Policy: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, improve processes, and align with our organizational goals.
  9. Contract Management: Handle contracts, service agreements, and vendor negotiations to optimize institutional resources and support strategic objectives.
  10. Process Improvement: Address and resolve operational challenges, driving continuous process improvement and maintaining high standards of performance.
  11. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to align operational strategies with institutional goals, promoting a cohesive and effective work environment.
