About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled META Ads Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-performing META advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate qualified leads through strategic ad placements and targeted audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute META (Facebook/Instagram) advertising strategies tailored to the Medical Billing industry to generate qualified leads.
  • Create and optimize lead generation funnels that directly impact ROI by driving conversions from targeted healthcare professionals and businesses.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance across META platforms, adjusting strategies in real-time to improve return on ad spend (ROAS) and lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Conduct deep audience research to segment and target healthcare providers, clinics, and related decision-makers with precision.
  • Develop high-converting ad creatives—visuals, videos, and ad copy—aligned with medical billing pain points and value propositions.
  • Manage budgets effectively, implementing bid strategies that maximize ROI across all ad sets and campaigns.
  • Analyze KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and most importantly, ROI—ensuring campaigns meet profitability benchmarks.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing META (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, backed by a strong portfolio of high-performing projects on Medical Billing.
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and related platforms, with working knowledge of additional tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Twitter Ads.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools like META Business Suite, Facebook Pixel, and Google Analytics to track and improve ad performance.
  • Creative flair with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and collaborate on engaging visual content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple campaigns while meeting tight deadlines.
  • In-depth understanding of social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm shifts to maintain competitive campaign strategies.
