We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and executing Meta advertising strategies specifically tailored for the medical billing industry to generate qualified leads.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, backed by a strong portfolio of high-performing projects on Medical Billing. They will also possess expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and related platforms, with working knowledge of additional tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Twitter Ads.

About the Role:

As a META Ad Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others for the Medical Billing niche. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads through strategic ad placements and targeted audience engagement.

The responsibilities of this role include:
  • Designing and executing Meta advertising strategies specifically tailored for the medical billing industry to generate qualified leads.
  • Creating and optimizing lead generation funnels that directly impact ROI by driving conversions from targeted healthcare professionals and businesses.
  • Monitoring daily campaign performance across Meta platforms, adjusting strategies in real time to improve return on ad spend (ROAS) and lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Conducting deep audience research to segment and target healthcare providers, clinics, and related decision-makers with precision.
  • Developing high-converting ad creatives—visuals, videos, and ad copy—aligned with medical billing pain points and value propositions.
  • Managing budgets effectively, implementing bid strategies that maximize ROI across all ad sets and campaigns.
  • Analyzing KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and most importantly, ROI—ensuring campaigns meet profitability benchmarks.
  • Providing detailed performance reports and ROI analysis, highlighting top-performing assets and areas needing refinement.
  • Performing A/B testing on ad variations (imagery, copy, targeting) to enhance campaign results continually.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure ad messaging supports the full conversion journey.
  • Keeping up-to-date with Meta Ads policy changes, healthcare marketing guidelines, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, backed by a strong portfolio of high-performing projects on Medical Billing.
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and related platforms, with working knowledge of additional tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Twitter Ads.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Facebook Pixel, and Google Analytics to track and improve ad performance.
  • Creative flair with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and collaborate on engaging visual content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple campaigns while meeting tight deadlines.
  • In-depth understanding of social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm shifts to maintain competitive campaign strategies.
