Key Responsibilities:

- Stay Informed and Engaged: Maintain a deep understanding of real estate projects, investment models, and the broader market landscape.
As a Sr. Investment Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's vision of redefining urban landscapes through premium developments.
">Responsibilities include:
">- Actively identifying and engaging prospective investors through cold calls, referrals, networking events, and digital platforms.
- Conducting needs assessments and providing personalized investment consultations to clients, emphasizing long-term value and returns.
- CREATING AND DELIVERING COMPELLING SALES PRESENTATIONS tailored to the goals and financial profiles of potential investors.
- Maintaining accurate client records, updating the CRM system regularly, and generating timely sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborating with marketing and project development teams to stay informed about project updates, launch events, and promotional activities.
- Assisting in organizing site visits, property tours, and investment seminars or webinars.
- Staying updated on economic trends, property laws, taxation policies, and financial instruments relevant to real estate investment.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or financial consultancy.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Proficiency in sales tools, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to understand and explain financial models and ROI projections.
- High emotional intelligence and negotiation acumen.
Achieving Success: The successful candidate will consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, build a robust portfolio of investors, and be recognized as a reliable, knowledgeable, and ethical investment advisor.
