Cloud Infrastructure Backend Developer

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable cloud infrastructure solutions to support our rapidly growing product. Your expertise in building robust backend systems using modern technology such as Python, FastAPI, Cloud Load Balancing, Redis, asyncio, OAuth2.0, Pub/Sub (Protobuf), and Google Firestore (NoSQL) will be instrumental in driving the success of our platform.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points and requests, design potential solutions, develop backend features for new functionalities, improve LLM orchestration processes, set up infrastructure to support backend features, implement data observability and error tracking, test features through manual end-to-end tests and automated integration tests, and address urgent issues promptly.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience building robust and performant backend systems.
  • Experience with LLM libraries like Langgraph and Pinecone.
  • Deep understanding of backend development best practices, including system design, performance optimization, async frameworks, and scalable architecture.
  • Ability to take initiative and get things done.
  • Quick evaluation of tradeoffs and sound technical decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
