**Job Summary**
We are looking for a skilled Project Administrator to join our team at Translation Empire. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the CEO and project teams in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. This role involves developing detailed project plans, managing timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring smooth coordination across teams, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
**Responsibilities and Requirements:**
- The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience with project management tools, and the ability to ensure all stakeholders meet deadlines and project milestones.
- They will develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, charters, risk logs, issue logs, and status reports.
- They will utilize project management tools such as MS Planner, Asana, or Trello to track and manage project progress.
- They will conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to improve processes and identify best practices.
**Requirements & Skills:**
- Proven experience in project administration, coordination, or management.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Planner, Asana, or Trello.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
