
Territory Sales Manager

Selecting and achieving annual volume targets line-wise is a key responsibility for this role.
Key Responsibilities- To meet annual volume targets as agreed with sales representatives for specific areas/territories.
- Fostering relationships with distributors/retailers on a regular basis.
- Ensuring timely payment of debts by meeting debtor targets as agreed with sales representatives every month.
- Maintaining overdue reduction of 10% against last year's figures.
- Guiding and monitoring sales professionals for complete area coverage and achievement of key performance indicators.
- Collaborating with sales representatives to agree on strategies/plans to reduce cheque bouncing by 20% from last year's figures.
- Verifying that all statements of accounts of customers/dealers within the area are duly signed every month.
- Expanding connections with dealers and customers to meet targets.
- Solving market issues amicably under the supervision of sales representatives.
- Providing clarity after formal approval from sales representatives on discounts (monthly, annual special schemes) to the trade team as well as the customers.
- Communicating effectively to all customers about ongoing foreign schemes given by the company.
- Installing post machines as agreed with sales representatives.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate governance and values, and health, safety, and environment policies as per company policy.
