The Role
We are seeking an experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products or services. You will also handle inbound calls from customers addressing their inquiries and providing information about our products or services. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our products or services.
- Inbound Handling: Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services.
- Sales Performance: Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the team.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills: You should be able to articulate your thoughts clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Strong Sales Acumen: Understanding sales techniques and being able to effectively close deals is crucial.
- Active Listening: Pay attention to customer needs and concerns, and address them appropriately.
- Persistence and Resilience: Rejection is common in sales, so having the ability to bounce back and keep trying is essential.
- Time Management: Prioritize and manage your time efficiently to meet sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Have a good understanding of the products or services you are selling.
- Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional service to customers and build positive relationships.
- Confidence and Positivity: Display confidence in your abilities and maintain a positive attitude, even during challenging situations.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Think on your feet and find solutions to customer issues or objections.
- Computer Literacy: Familiarity with basic computer skills and MS Excel.
