About the Role

Technical Support Specialists diagnose problems, identify root causes, and train employees on technical skills. They assess issue impact, analyze data to determine root cause, and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceed customer expectations in quality, timeliness, documentation, resolution, and customer experience.
  • Resolve support issues related to our products.
  • Investigate error sources using available data and tools; report inconsistencies and bugs to leadership through our internal reporting system.
  • Assess issue impact and prevalence by analyzing data to determine root cause.
  • Utilize tools developed by our engineering team to modify user/driver data for resolving technical support issues.
  • Provide feedback to support agents for training and assist with technical questions.
  • Build trusting relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Support, technical support, or software development in customer-facing roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with software development process and tools for a SAAS-based product.
  • Technical knowledge/troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn and excel.
  • Ability to perform in-depth root cause analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus.
