Financial Services Manager

This role offers opportunities for growth and development into a senior consulting professional, where you will manage various financial consulting services, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, both locally and internationally.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing local teams working on various projects, coordinating with staff, managers, and partners in other offices. Strong project management skills are required to anticipate and identify risks, escalating issues as necessary. Additionally, the successful candidate will create a positive learning culture and coach junior team members through effective supervision, coaching, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Manage local teams working on various projects and coordinate with staff, managers, and partners in other offices.
  • Relationship Building: Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships to ensure high-quality work delivered to clients.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and identify risks, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Culture Development: Create a positive learning culture and coach junior team members through effective supervision, coaching, and mentoring.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience, including at least 1 year of managerial experience.
  • Qualified CA or ACCA professional.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with leadership abilities.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and counseling experience.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Prior experience dealing with international clients is an added advantage.
