Are you looking for a challenging career opportunity in sales and real estate?

We're seeking highly motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify high-quality leads of home buyers and sellers in the U.S. and Canadian real estate markets.

  • Make outbound calls to home buyers and sellers in the U.S. and Canada.

You will engage and qualify leads using proven scripts and communication tools. Your role will also involve setting appointments and following up with interested clients. Additionally, you will maintain accurate lead records in our CRM system.

Key responsibilities include:

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills (spoken) and strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Self-motivation, discipline, and results-driven attitude are essential. Prior experience in BPO or real estate is preferred but not required.
