We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team at the Blue World City Site Office.

Job Overview

This role involves attending and managing client visits, providing on-ground support and guidance to existing and prospective clients, conducting site tours, explaining project features, payment plans, and investment opportunities.

The ideal candidate must have basic knowledge of the real estate industry and should be comfortable with daily travel to the project site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and manage client visits at the project site.
  • Provide on-ground support and guidance to existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct site tours and explain project features, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
  • Build strong client relationships and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Convert provided leads into successful sales.
  • Generate new clients through field interactions and on-site inquiries.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with real estate sector and sales practices.
  • Willingness to travel daily to the project site.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client handling and persuasion abilities.
  • Own vehicle is a plus but not mandatory.
