Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing user interfaces and experiences that drive business results.

The role of the Senior UI/UX Designer is to lead the design process from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet user needs and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers to inform design decisions.
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate concepts.
  • Develop and implement elegant UX patterns that enhance the user experience across the entire product.
  • Continuously build a deep understanding of our users' goals and problems to inform design solutions.
  • Design graphic user interface elements, build page navigation buttons, and search fields to create engaging user interactions.
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
  • Create original graphic designs, such as images, sketches, and tables, to support the user experience.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, such as responsiveness, and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Adhere to style standards for fonts, colors, and images to maintain a consistent brand identity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelors degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, and expertise in UI/UX design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
  • A team player who can work independently when needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
