Recruitment and Business Development Professional
We're seeking a skilled Recruitment and Business Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and assessing candidate suitability for job placements.
As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll work closely with our internal recruiters and admin team to support placement pipelines. You'll also be responsible for maintaining tracking sheets and CRM with notes and outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience in recruitment, client relationship management, or sales, with strong English communication skills and the ability to work independently. You should be organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to tasks and a focus on achieving goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through online platforms, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, job boards, and networking.
- Build relationships with clients and book discovery and pitch meetings.
- Assess candidate suitability for job placements using clear and fluent English to communicate effectively.
- Maintain tracking sheets and CRM with notes and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, client relationship management, or sales.
- Excellent English communication skills, especially when interacting with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
