Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team as a Junior QA Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys testing and improving software applications. As a Junior QA Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They should have experience with manual testing methods, including creating test plans, executing tests, and documenting defects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of our software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
  • Document and report defects, providing clear reproduction steps and logs to facilitate resolution.
  • Perform API testing and review data integrity between services.
  • Conduct cross-browser/device testing and basic performance checks.
  • Identify candidates for automation and collaborate on coverage.
  • Manage test environments and data setup.

As a Junior QA Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality in our products and services.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in QA/Software Testing for SaaS, POS, or eCommerce products.
  • Strong manual testing skills with a nose for edge cases and data-driven validation.
  • Proficiency with issue tracking and test management tools.
  • Working knowledge of API testing tools and browser devtools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
