Phlebotomy and Laboratory Professional

About the Role:

This dynamic position requires a skilled professional to maintain day-to-day smooth operation of assigned collection points & STAT laboratories.

Key responsibilities include managing inventory control and supplies, ensuring laboratory program growth through collaboration with marketing coordinators, promoting brand recognition and loyalty by visiting key physicians and opinion leaders, organizing Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, optimizing asset management, supporting development and execution of short-term and long-term objectives for laboratory operations, enhancing quality laboratory services, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Requirements for this role include a bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent from a reputable university, minimum 5-7 years of experience in administrative and operational affairs of running a laboratory, expertise in technical and administrative aspects of clinical laboratory operations, ability to prepare budgets, manage resources, and monitor financial performance, strong business marketing skills, ability to build partnerships with stakeholders across functions for delivering exemplary patient care services, excellent analytical skills to understand and solve complex problems, ability to make timely decisions, positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change, ability to handle work pressure and meet stringent deadlines, and ability to lead large teams including sales forces.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic academic centre serving the diagnostic needs of Pakistan through its clinical laboratory services.
