
Customer Experience Advocate

This position involves handling incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, patient and able to effectively communicate solutions to customers.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Answering inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listening actively to customers' concerns, inquiries and feedback.
- Providing accurate and timely information about products, services, policies and procedures.
- Resolving customer issues, complaints and escalations effectively and efficiently.
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or similar field.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Active listening and empathy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Patience and resilience in handling challenging situations.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center or related roles is also required.
