We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate information about our products and services.
- Order Processing: Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Logistics Coordination: Work closely with logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, including pricing, availability, and features.
- Computer Proficiency: Possess strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, with good typing abilities.
- Experience: Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles or similar industries.
