Sales Role
This sales role helps deliver our purpose by building shared success with customers, making access to the highest quality products possible in-stores and online. The successful candidate will be focused on achieving outperformance across all channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where cross-functional teams collaborate to achieve success.
About the Position
The Key Territory Sales Representative is responsible for managing a given territory, ensuring delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) and secondary sales targets on a consistent basis in line with brand and trade plans. They will also manage distributor field forces to ensure they are working in line with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of KPIs and Secondary Targets through effective management of distributors and trade partners.
- Tracking and infield coaching of distributors to improve their performance.
- Execution of brand and channel plans to drive business growth.
- IMS Operations and Market Vigilance to stay ahead of market trends.
Requirements
- Ability to lead under pressure and take responsibility for sales targets.
- Strong understanding of trade plans, brand interventions, and KPIs.
- Quick decision-making to handle customer queries and objections.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive business decisions.
