Sales Role

About the Position

The Key Territory Sales Representative is responsible for managing a given territory, ensuring delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) and secondary sales targets on a consistent basis in line with brand and trade plans. They will also manage distributor field forces to ensure they are working in line with company policies.


Responsibilities
  • Delivery of KPIs and Secondary Targets through effective management of distributors and trade partners.
  • Tracking and infield coaching of distributors to improve their performance.
  • Execution of brand and channel plans to drive business growth.
  • IMS Operations and Market Vigilance to stay ahead of market trends.

Requirements
  • Ability to lead under pressure and take responsibility for sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of trade plans, brand interventions, and KPIs.
  • Quick decision-making to handle customer queries and objections.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive business decisions.
