Business Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Assistant to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team and contributing to the success of our construction projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the project management team.
  • Assisting with budget planning and cost analysis.
  • Reviewing and managing purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts.
  • Preparing financial and technical bids.
  • Cost estimation for various civil and electrical projects.
  • Drafting construction drawings and bid reports.
  • Designing solutions for different construction projects.
  • Tracking and managing estimated construction costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, civil engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction costs, financial and technical bidding, tendering, and related procedures.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a reputable company.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and an electricity backup system.
