Job Overview

  • Plan and oversee software development processes in alignment with product roadmaps and release deadlines
  • Develop and assign detailed project feature tickets to the development team
  • Establish project timelines, track release cycles, and coordinate with development teams, QA, and DevOps
  • Engage stakeholders on new feature ideas, ensuring alignment with company vision and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with account managers to create user guides and instructional materials
  • Analyze team weaknesses and develop strategies to enhance skill sets
  • Assist with hiring and coordinating interviews for the product development and engineering teams
  • Advocate for customers throughout the product design and development process
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Sciences, Software Engineering, or related fields

2-3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with development teams to meet project deadlines

Advanced knowledge of project management principles and practices

Experience with Agile software development methodologies and development planning tools such as Jira

Strong understanding of software development timelines and releases

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Skilled in creative problem-solving and able to take initiative

Effective communication skills to convey project tasks across various cross-functional teams

Fluency in English required (oral and written)
