Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Development Project Coordinator to lead and implement projects and programs for regular development and humanitarian response.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Implementation: Design, plan, and execute projects and programs to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: Manage and supervise multi-sector program teams to ensure effective project execution and reporting.
  • Liaison and Coordination: Maintain close liaison with operation units, national and international organizations, clusters, and government line agencies.
  • Fundraising and Partnerships: Responsible for fundraising, liaison with donor agencies, and writing proposals with strong presentations and documentation skills.
  • Program Evaluation and Research: Coordinate with the Monitoring and Evaluation unit for setting and monitoring performance indicators, undertake assessment and research work.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess a master's degree in social sciences or sociology and 10-15 years of relevant experience as a team leader or program manager in national and international organizations. Additional qualifications include M&E experience, strong communication skills, report writing skills, and excellent English speaking and writing skills.
