Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring the security and safety of the establishment, managing company fleets, coordinating with security companies, and performing multiple tasks at different locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Management: The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including record-keeping, documentation, and coordination with other departments.
  • Security and Safety: Ensuring the security and safety of the establishment, including implementing measures to prevent accidents and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Fleet Management: Responsible for managing company fleets, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and logistics.
  • Coordination with Security Companies: Coordinating with security companies to ensure that all security requirements are met.
  • Multitasking: The ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, including working at different company locations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong administrative skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle conflicts efficiently and effectively. Young and energetic candidates are preferred, and experience in retired Army or Ex-Police services is also desirable.
