About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the implementation and delivery of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that promote a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in executing the organization's DEI strategy and annual action plan across all business functions. This includes launching initiatives to improve gender diversity targets, initiating career and leadership development plans for women, and supporting women in maintaining a work-life balance through various support programs.

In addition, the successful candidate will design and lead an inclusive cultural calendar to recognize and celebrate key DEI observance days, festivals, and engagement and awareness milestones.

The role also involves maintaining and analyzing DEI-related data, including workforce representation, hiring trends, and employee experience insights. The successful candidate will assist in preparing internal and external reports, award submissions, and audit responses related to DEI metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and delivery of DEI initiatives across all business functions

Requirements
