Finance Executives play a pivotal role in the efficient management of an organization's finances. As a key member of the finance team, you will oversee various functions including accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, and project accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise staff in the accounts payable department to ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.
  • Develop and implement procedures to maintain accurate financial records and adhere to company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to minimize expenses.
  • Oversee all tax-related processes, including withholding and clearing of tax liabilities, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial reports and analysis to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and adapt procedures accordingly.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
