Business Development Manager: Job Overview

We are seeking a result-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to help drive business growth through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and client relationship building.

Key Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing sales strategies, generating leads and identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Additionally, the ideal candidate will prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations, negotiate contracts and close deals, collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns, stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development within the website design and development industry. A strong understanding of web design and development processes and technologies is essential, along with demonstrated success in generating leads and closing sales deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are also required, as well as proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, work independently and as part of a team, and stay organized and motivated is vital.
