Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing user engagement metrics. They will also work closely with the customer service team to ensure timely and effective responses to customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a social media marketing plan that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience working with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
