Job Title: Human Resources Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR and administration, with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective HR and admin policies and procedures that align with company goals.
  • Employee Onboarding and Separation: Recruit, select, and process employee onboarding and separation processes ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Performance Evaluations and Development Programs: Manage performance evaluations and development programs to enhance employee growth and engagement.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Employee Engagement and Wellness: Organize employee engagement initiatives and wellness activities to promote a positive work environment.
  • Grievances and Compliance: Address employee grievances and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate with employees, contractors, payroll, and attendance management to provide seamless administrative support.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Qualifications: Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
