Senior Human Resource Director

We are seeking a Senior Human Resource Director to lead our team and drive strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall business performance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, practices, and programs that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing HR strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Fostering a positive work environment through effective communication, training, and employee development programs.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to identify talent needs and develop succession planning strategies.
  • Designing and implementing compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize HR operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 07 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university; Master's or MBA in HR is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance regulatory frameworks, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with HR technologies and systems.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
