Job Overview

As an Assistant Manager Counselling - Partner Programs, you will be a key member of the Counselling department servicing students from ages 10 to 45.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting research and preparing reports for undergraduate, graduate and MBA education at top universities worldwide. You will also create and manage product materials for Undergrad, Graduate, MBA and Student Advisory Programs.

  • Creating and managing product materials for Undergrad, Graduate, MBA and Student Advisory Programs.
  • Maintaining individual client files and managing client communication for all counselling products.
  • Assisting students and Sales teams with information related to student recruitment for Kings, SOAS, Queen Mary and Sussex Universities in UK.
  • Tracking login details and operational status of applications and admission decisions for all clients.
  • Managing centralized counselling email address and maintaining queries and documents review list.
  • Supporting marketing, business development, and sales team data requests from Counselling department.
  • Developing and managing Dignosco Alumni network for US, UK, & MBA programs.
  • Building and managing Dignosco Counsellor's Network.
  • Supervising and managing Assistant Manager Counselling Department who shall be responsible for creating and managing product materials, conducting research and developing research packs, engaging US universities, building presentations for events / projects / development / training material, etc., and developing and monitoring student leadership projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive experience in researching and reporting on higher education trends is required. A strong understanding of global university systems and academic requirements is necessary. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
