Main Responsibilities:

  2. Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of the branch, including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
  3. Performance Management: Monitor and improve performance to meet goals and metrics set by the organization.
  4. Financial Management: Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  5. Employee Development: Provide training, coaching, development, and motivation to branch personnel to enhance their skills and performance.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions to address challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
  7. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs.
  8. Customer and Employee Satisfaction: Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly and effectively.
  9. Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.
  10. Networking and Representation: Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
  11. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
