The Tele Auditor role is a critical position that involves ensuring compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements and client expectations. This person will review processes, verify data accuracy, monitor service quality and provide feedback to improve efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct telephonic audits of customer interactions, employee calls or service transactions to ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines and quality standards.
  • Document findings clearly and accurately in audit reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide constructive feedback to relevant teams to drive process improvements and enhance audit frameworks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all audited information.

This role requires strong communication and listening skills, attention to detail and the ability to analyze data and spot inconsistencies. Knowledge of compliance regulations and audit procedures is essential. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is necessary, familiarity with CRM or call-monitoring tools is a plus.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in audit, quality assurance or call monitoring (1–3 years) desirable.
