As a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will leverage online channels to reach and influence target audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in marketing and at least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles, preferably within B2B or B2C environments. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, collaboration, and enthusiasm are essential for this role.

You will be responsible for creating experiences that resonate with customers and align with the company's purpose and mission. The desired outcome of this role is that our target audience thinks of us when they are ready to buy.

This is a varied role that encompasses lots of functions from creative and design to technical tasks such as SEO or landing page creation. Although you will have core objectives, your role can involve any of the following:

  • Social media (LinkedIn & Instagram): Create & design posts, schedule on HubSpot, respond to comments, monitor inboxes, competitors, and report on analytics.
  • Digital content creation: Image & headers for email campaigns, banners for webinar pages or sponsorships, landing pages, Infographics for customer service, videos for ops and promo, and internal flyers.
  • Sales collateral: Design roller banners, one pager, booklets, flyers, business cards, slide decks in line with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Competitor marketing research: Monitor competitors' digital marketing and report internally making suggestions.
  • SEO: Ensure relevant key words are used as meta tags on digital content.
  • Manage, execute, and report on the following campaigns: Umbrella leavers, new agencies, existing agencies, all services closed lost, and refer a friend campaigns.
  • Internal Company Requests - PK events or office related tasks, HR support including emails, forms, flyers, certificates.
