The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in utilizing the NoChannel Portal for configuration and navigation, ensuring seamless interaction with the system.

They must thoroughly navigate and understand NoChannel Portal user documentation and API documentation to achieve this goal.

To meet client requirements comprehensively, the Full Stack Developer will utilize their technical expertise to customize settings as needed.

Additionally, they will scrape data from the web using scripts and write scripts for data ingestion into our system.

To present information effectively, they will prepare slide decks and sales pitches tailored to individual client needs.

Conducting customer research is crucial to understanding specific requirements, which will inform the creation of personalized demos instead of generic templates for potential clients from various industries.

The Full Stack Developer will take full ownership of creating demos and provide support until the end, ensuring a positive experience for stakeholders.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales engineering or a similar role.
  • Experience in web scraping and writing scripts for data ingestion.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for frontend modifications.
  • Experience working with REST APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred.
