About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume a key position as Lead Consultant for Data and Artificial Intelligence.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical authority, guiding the sales team and other departments on strategic business issues, while fostering strong relationships with vendors, partners, and customers.
  • Mentor and oversee the Pre-Sales Consulting team to ensure quality and consistency in pre-sales support across the organization.
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies for specific accounts, products, and services.
  • Provide high-level strategy and technical guidance throughout the sales lifecycle, leading opportunity qualification and deal closure.
  • Manage proof of concepts (POC), request for proposals (RFP), and the technical aspects of deal closures.
  • Facilitate executive-level customer meetings and lead technical sales calls.
  • Evaluate the IT landscape to ensure alignment with industry best practices and client needs.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Services, and other departments to align solutions with overall business objectives.
  • Lead the sales bid process, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs preparation and review.
  • Negotiate with vendors to procure optimal solutions, balancing cost and quality.
  • Establish and manage performance metrics and KPIs for the team.
  • Stay updated on market trends, products, and competitor landscapes, sharing knowledge with the team.
RequirementsEducation

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.

Experience

A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience, including management experience.
