Job Title

Lead Data Analyst and Business Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Data Analyst and Business Strategist to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the analysis of complex business problems and developing data-driven solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop and implement predictive models to forecast business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles
  • Prior experience working in a telecom, B2B SaaS, or enterprise services environment is a plus
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expert-level SQL (writing procedures, optimizing joins, validating marts)
  • Working knowledge of Python or R for data modeling
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboarding
  • Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows for version control and collaboration is a plus
