**Technical Support Role

Genesys Cloud Solution Specialist

We are looking for a skilled technical support specialist to join our team as a Genesys Cloud Solution Specialist. In this role, you will provide critical technical support for our Genesys cloud solution, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 and level 3 technical support for Genesys cloud-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues using advanced tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to educate customers and internal teams on Genesys cloud features and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and standards.
  • Document and share knowledge with the team to ensure consistent and high-quality support.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering graduate or BS degree in IT or Telecom.
  • Certification or training in Genesys cloud (required).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
