Supporting Central Genesys Cloud Operations

We seek an experienced telephony expert to support Central Genesys cloud/telephony operations across contact centers in a client-facing role. As an Associate Genesys Engineer, your duties will include serving as the point of contact for all telephony inquiries or issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the configuration, setup, and deployment of Genesys cloud contact center solution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for daily telephony issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Telephony Operations team to address day-to-day operational challenges.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to Genesys cloud and its integrated platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and projects.
  • Perform regular administrative tasks to maintain accurate system and client documentation.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve telephony operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Genesys cloud features and functionalities.
  • Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Engineering graduate or BS degree in IT or Telecom.
  • Certification or training in Genesys cloud (strongly preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
  • Proven track record of success in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
