Procurement Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to manage our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will review prices and quality to ensure optimal stock levels.

  • Compare offers from suppliers, evaluate their viability, and negotiate contract terms.
  • Diligently track orders, ensuring timely delivery and effective inventory management.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on purchased products.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, delivery information, and invoices.
  • Analyze purchase data, prepare reports, and provide cost analyses.
  • Closely monitor stock levels, place orders as necessary, and coordinate with warehouse staff for proper storage.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Solid knowledge of vendor sourcing practices, including research, evaluation, and liaison skills.
  • Familiarity with supply chain procedures and principles.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
