Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to initiate cold calls and engage potential clients, introducing them to our digital services and setting up appointments for further discussions.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting outbound calls to potential clients and introducing our digital services.
  2. Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through calling efforts.
  3. Scheduling appointments for sales managers to discuss detailed service offerings.
  4. Maintaining accurate and detailed information on leads.
  5. Achieving monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  6. FOLLOWING UP ON LEADS AND MAINTAINING A CONSISTENT PIPELINE OF POTENTIAL CLIENTS IS ALSO IMPORTANT.
  7. Providing feedback and insights on the effectiveness of our strategies.

Requirements:
Proven experience in an outbound sales role, preferably in the digital services industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Persuasion and negotiation abilities are also crucial.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is necessary.
A high level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset is required.
