Job Description

The Network Operations Manager role involves overseeing a team of network engineers to ensure that voice and data networks meet the functional objectives of the business.

This includes planning, implementing, and verifying local and wide-area enterprise networks, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any network-related issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of network engineers to ensure network infrastructure meets business objectives
  • Plan, implement, and verify local and wide-area enterprise networks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues
  • Identify opportunities for improving network infrastructure
  • Review and approve network changes to ensure seamless implementation
  • Coordinate with international teams to maintain labs and network infrastructure
  • Ensure disaster recovery systems are accessible
  • Enforce strategic network standards to meet application and data security requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in network or infrastructure support environment
  • Minimum 2 years in team lead/supervisory role
  • Experience in developing process and procedural documentation
  • Customer-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional technical support
  • Ability to work professionally in a pressured, diverse, and growing environment
  • Management of web operations in a Linux/LAMP Architecture
  • Management of Linux-based email servers, firewalls, proxy, IPSec, etc.
  • Experience with DNS, Load Balancing technology, networking monitoring, and business continuity
