A seasoned prosecutor is needed to lead our team in the fight against gas theft. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the law and have a proven track record of successfully prosecuting complex cases.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with a preference for those who have completed an LLM. A minimum of 5 years of experience in handling legal matters as a practicing lawyer is required.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prosecuting gas theft cases in Gas Utility Courts, High Court, and other courts under relevant laws and regulations.
  • Drafting appeals, petitions, and written statements to represent the organization in court.
  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to investigation officers and assisting in case preparation.
  • Keeping the supervisor informed of developments during court proceedings.

This role demands exceptional analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
