EPC Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee EPC offshore fabrication projects, covering Jackets with Piles & ancillaries, Topsides, and Subsea Structures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple project phases, from pre-bid to post-award activities, ensuring compliance with established standards, procedures, and client requirements.
- Daily Operations: Implement daily operations to ensure timely delivery, high HSE standards, and cost-effectiveness.
- Project Requirements: Manage overall project requirements, including time, scope, vendors, procurement, and prepare relevant construction reports for stakeholders.
- Team Management: Lead the project team effectively, ensuring clear communication among personnel from various departments.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress to develop contingency plans for critical delays.
- Meetings: Arrange project meetings to monitor key performance indicators.
- Interfaces: Manage all project interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.
- Cost Tracking: Track project costs to ensure budget adherence and report regularly.
- Safety and Productivity: Motivate the site-based team to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.
- Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in a relevant offshore fabrication position, with a proven track record of managing EPC offshore fabrication projects.
