Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in call centre operations, with a focus on quality assurance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate Agent Performance: Assess call quality and provide constructive feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Identify Areas for Improvement: Analyze data to pinpoint areas where processes can be optimized, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure all agents adhere to established protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a call centre environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess call quality with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with agents and stakeholders.
  • Availability: Willingness to work night shifts as required.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of quality assurance procedures and industry best practices.
