We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager to lead and streamline our ecommerce operations across customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, troubleshoot, and implement technical solutions to optimize workflows and performance within ecommerce software platforms.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and communication.

    • Utilize data visualization tools to present findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Customer Experience
    • Manage customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Marketing & Growth
    • Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and optimize email flows.
    • Identify and engage potential influencers and affiliates to expand outreach.
  • Project & Fulfillment Management
    • Oversee end-to-end fulfillment processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with quality standards.
    • Proactively manage inventory and operational workflows to meet customer and business needs.
