Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at PepsiCo. In this role, you will be responsible for consolidating administration and planning activities to support the Head of Strategy & Operations in leading execution of cross-department business solutions projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Consolidation of Administration & Planning Activities: You will act as a consolidator of National Sales Administration, operations & Planning activities to support the Head of Strategy & Operations in leading execution of cross-department business solutions projects.
  • KPI Sheet and Quarterly Recon. Statements: Compile and validate S&D KPI Sheet and Quarterly Recon. Statements for HoS / SPM to review.
  • Promotion Strategy: Providing support in consumer promotion strategy to SPM/SOM to enhance sales volume.
  • Competition Block Strategy: Providing support to HOS / SOM and sales lead in competition block strategy.
  • Promotion Analysis: Produce analysis flasher on promotion activities on daily/weekly basis.
Resource Development/Management
  • Training Program: Train the Front line team to enhance their Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills.
  • Sales Admin Process Training: Train sales admin resources to follow the process and controls.
  • Cross-Functional Department Coordination: Train sales admin resources on how to coordinate with cross-functional departments.
  • Project Management: Lead one or more large/medium projects, developing and maintaining human and material resource plans and monitoring the deployment of individuals to ensure that they are contributing effectively whilst developing skills and experience.
  • Team Performance Monitoring: Keep monitoring and controlling team performance against plans.
  • Training and Development: Undertake/propose any necessary training associated with the duties of the post and participate in training and development procedures. Recommend the same for the team.
Business Initiatives Communication and Progress Analysis
  • Change Management: Support HOS to identify and plan necessary change management activities to implement approved new or alternative processes in a project.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor overall progress and initiate corrective action with HOS alignment, as appropriate, to ensure that deliverables are produced on time and within budget.
